Preparation and careful packing of your order for hand over to the carrier takes maximum 2 business days
Your orders are dispatched from Monday to Saturday. Note that the delivery times of the carrier indicated when ordering are an estimate from the carrier and in no case does this constitute a promise of delivery on our side. We advise you to always order in advance and anticipate if you wish to be delivered for a specific date (for example for a birthday or for Christmas).
After validation of your order, it will be processed quickly and you will receive at the latest within 2 working days an e-mail concerning the shipment with the tracking number of your package. Your order will be sent as soon as possible once it has been processed by us.
All our shipments are made via Swiss Post home delivery in Economy or Priority according to your choice when finalizing the order. You can however collect the items directly from our warehouse in Geneva (please contact us by email / phone beforehand for this) and benefit from a small discount (5 to 20 CHF depending on the models and the means of payment).
Stepina (Technic-Passion) cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier once your order has been handed over to them. Please notify the carrier upon delivery if the package or items are damaged. In this case, the carrier itself is required to compensate you for the damage and we will accompany you for the claim process.
We also invite you to ensure that your mailbox is secure and with your name, we can not be held responsible for non-receipt of your order for standard delivery if the carrier indicates that the package has been delivered to the address indicated during your order. We also cannot be held responsible if, during the delivery, the delivery person calls you and you authorize the delivery person to leave the parcel in front of your door or to a third person, or if the delivery person decides himself to leave the parcel in/on an unsecured mailbox, in front of your door or to hand it over to a neighbour. Likewise, our competence for the goods sent ends when we hand over your order to the carrier chosen when you placed your order. In the extremely rare and unlikely case where the parcel is declared lost or damaged by the carrier, our liability is limited to Die Post's default insurance (the standard maximum amount of Die Post's liability per parcel is 500 CHF, 1,500 CHF with the option against signature and 5,000 CHF with the additional insurance option).
When you confirm your order you confirm the address indicated, in the event of an addressing error, your package will be returned to us and we will contact you (the initial shipping, processing and packaging costs will not be reimbursed in all cases) and an administrative fee of CHF 20 will be charged to send again the package. If for a reason or another you are unable to collect the parcel consigned to a post office following your absence when the postman came by, we invite you to collect it as soon as possible and extend the withdrawal period if necessary. However if the package is returned to us, the above charges will apply.
